General Qualification

- Women Age above 25 years old

- Graduated Bachelor of Accounting or equivalent for every type of business
- At least 1 year experience in the same field: GL, AP, Cheque, Taxation, financial statement and Balance sheet. Food &Beverage Business is advantaged.
- MS office program, English communication skill is an advantage.

- Service minded and hard working

Job Description:

- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.

- Preparing statutory accounts.

- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.

- Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation

- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.

- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.

- Maintains historical records and filing documents.

- Managing petty cash transactions. 

- Reviewing and submitting VAT and WHT

Salary Range: Bah18k – Baht25k

Job Description:
- To optimize the market results in the areas of Sales, Profit, Quality and People

- To understand and support the Company's strategy and to ensure that the communication to the retail operations team is simple and easy to understand for successful implementation.

- To keep abreast of the emerging market trends and continuously assess the viability within the Company's structure.  

- Set the direction for the Operations Department and to establish the Long Term Vision

- To accomplish this in the context of 

1. Customer satisfaction

2. Good peoople practices

3. Good business practices

4. within the policies and procedures set forth by IPPUDO

- To train, coach and develop the Operations and Area Managers
and to put in a succession planning program for the Operations Department

- Responsible for both management of the business and overall operations at the stores         

- Strategize on operational improvement plans

- Monitors performance to ensure adherence to all service standards,
sanitation standards, productivity standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

- Review controls for food & beverage inventories.

- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including ensuring cleanliness, standards, quality, etc

- Develop and implement policies and procedures.

- Manage all aspects of human resource, including hiring, training, scheduling for store operations

- Implement new menu items that will increase customer satisfaction and perception of value.

- Develop an operating budget for each of the revenue outlets 

- Ensure that all legal requirements are consistently adhered to including wage and
hour and federal, state and/or local laws pertaining to alcoholic beverages and food safety and sanitation

- Manage all aspects of customer satisfaction, including feedback, focus groups, complaints

- Negotiate with suppliers

- Structure a cohesive organization, suggesting resource allocation with
regards to human and financial resources
